The First attempt at starting a Montego Bay Community College started with my Group that did O' Levels in 1975. There was no Community College building so depending on the subject you did, you went to either Montego Bay High,, Cornwall College or Mount Alvernia High. At MBHS for 6th form starting 1976, we had 1 young lady From Mount Alvernia ad 3 young men from Cornwall College! Later the schools reclaimed their 6th forms and a Montego Bay Community College was established in its own right. Some pictures of the times below:
